These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through artfulinteriors.art. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Who We Are
Artful Interiors is operated by Eider Muga Villardón, based in Spain. For any questions, contact us at info@artfulinteriors.art.
Products
Art prints are produced to order on museum-quality 250 gsm acid-free matte paper using archival giclée printing. Because each piece is printed specifically for you, production begins immediately after payment is confirmed.
Digital downloads are delivered as PDF files via a secure download link sent by email immediately after purchase. The link is valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. Please save a copy of your file once downloaded, as expired links cannot be reactivated.
Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency, converted from USD based on your location. The exact amount charged is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we accept all major credit and debit cards. We never store your payment details.
Order Processing & Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing queue. Orders are dispatched on the following schedule (Spain time, Monday to Friday):
- Orders placed before 14:00 are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 are processed and dispatched the following business day.
- Coloring books ship from stock, so they always leave within 24 business hours. Art prints are made to order and may need a little longer.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are:

These are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, or local postal services. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has left our facility.
Artful Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local delivery services. Any import duties or taxes applicable in your country are the buyer's responsibility.
The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal, excluding shipping. Rates are shown in euros and converted to your currency at checkout. Coloring books currently ship within the European Union only.
Returns & Refunds
Coloring books: you have 30 days from receipt to return the book, provided it is in perfect condition and unused. Write to info@artfulinteriors.art and we will guide you through it. Return postage is at the buyer's expense; we refund the price of the book once it arrives back with us. If it reaches you damaged or defective, we cover everything — just send us a photograph.
Art prints: because every print is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us at info@artfulinteriors.art within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Digital products: if you have not downloaded any colouring illustration, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Once any illustration has been downloaded, the sale is final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Intellectual Property
All illustrations, designs, and content on artfulinteriors.art are the exclusive property of Artful Interiors (Eider Muga Villardón) and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or digital file grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display or print the work for your own use. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
Artful Interiors illustrations for books and prints are built in 3D and drawn one by one. None of them are generated using artificial intelligence.
Certain promotional materials — images and videos published on this website and on social media — do use generative artificial intelligence tools to compose the setting of the scene and to animate the shot. The product shown in them is always real: the illustration, its colouring and the book are the ones sold here.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from a purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
