Every product at Artful Interiors is made with care and intention. Please read the relevant policy for the type of product you purchased.
Each print is produced to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your print arrives damaged: contact us at info@artfulinteriors.art within 14 days of delivery, including a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us at info@artfulinteriors.art and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical books are sold and fulfilled directly through Amazon. Returns and refunds for these products are handled entirely by Amazon under their own returns policy. Please visit your Amazon account or contact Amazon customer service to initiate a return.
The Shadow Reference Guide is a free bonus included with physical book purchases and The Interior Studio. As it is a complimentary digital item, it is not subject to returns or refunds.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to a remedy for goods that do not conform to the contract.
