This Privacy Policy explains how Artful Interiors collects, uses, and protects the personal data you provide when using this website or purchasing our products. We are committed to handling your data with care and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who We Are

What Data We Collect and Why

When you request a bonus download (via QR code in one of our books), we collect your name and email address. This data is used solely to send you the download link and, if you have given explicit consent, occasional newsletters. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a).

When you subscribe to Studio Notes (our newsletter), we collect your email address. We use it to send you updates about new work, early access announcements, and behind-the-scenes content. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at info@artfulinteriors.art.

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address (for print orders). Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

Third Parties

We work with the following service providers, each of whom processes your data only to the extent necessary to provide their service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, download links, newsletter confirmations). Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising and analytics cookies, activated only with your consent. Meta may use this data to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's privacy policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Data Retention

Subscriber data (name, email, consent records) is retained for as long as you remain on our list or until you request deletion. Order data is retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain: aepd.es)
