Contest Terms and Conditions – ArtfulInteriors Christmas Challenge

1. Contest Organize

This contest, known as the “Christmas Challenge,” is organized by ArtfulInteriors. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram.

2. Contest Objective

The contest invites participants to color an illustration provided by ArtfulInteriors and post it on Instagram to enter the prize draw, as described below.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the contest, entrants must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Reside in North America, Europe, Australia, or Canada.

  • Submit their entry on Instagram, tagging the account @artfulinteriors_coloringbooks and using the hashtag #artfullerschallenge.

  • Following the ArtfulInteriors account on Instagram is recommended to stay updated on winners and contest details.

4. Entry Mechanics

To enter the contest, participants must:

• Download the illustration provided by ArtfulInteriors.

• Color the illustration creatively.

• Publish the colored illustration on their Instagram profile, tagging @artfulinteriors_coloringbooks and using the hashtag #artfullerschallenge.

• There is no limit to the number of entries per person, as long as each entry features a unique, differently colored illustration.

5. Prizes

Three (3) ArtfulInteriors paperback books will be awarded as prizes in the contest. The prize conditions are as follows:

• The prize may be transferred to another person if requested by the winner.

• The prize cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.

6. Contest Dates and Duration

The contest entry period will run from November 15 to November 30, 2024 (inclusive). The winner will be announced on December 1, 2024, via Instagram Stories on the ArtfulInteriors profile.

7. Winner Selection

The winner of the contest will be selected at random from all valid entries.

8. Requirements for Prize Claim

• The winner will not be subject to any additional requirements to receive the prize.

• The winner has one (1) month from the announcement date to claim the prize. ArtfulInteriors will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram to obtain their mailing address.

9. Use of Personal Data

ArtfulInteriors will collect and process participants’ personal data in accordance with the current Privacy Policy. No additional consent is required.

10. Personal Use Only of Illustrations

The illustrations provided for this contest are intended strictly for personal use. Commercialization, reproduction, distribution, or any other use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without express written permission from ArtfulInteriors.

11. Modification and Cancellation

ArtfulInteriors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest if necessary due to force majeure, fraud, technical errors, or any other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control that affect the normal course of the contest. In the event of modification or cancellation, participants will be informed promptly through available channels.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering the “Christmas Challenge,” each participant fully accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with them.
